d3.js integration for Asciidoctor Diagram

Hiroaki has written an extension for Asciidoctor Diagram (yes, and extension of an extension) that uses d3.js via PhantomJS to convert diagrams described in JavaScript into SVG and other formats.

This is truly taking Asciidoctor to the next level as a professional documentation tool. Amazing.

One of the places I'd like to see this go next is integration with c3.js {1} to create simple charts. For example:

I know that Guillaume has started exploring a chart extension for Asciidoctor {2} in the extensions lab. Perhaps we can bring these two ideas together. It would simply blow people away. I'd say it gives authors a similar type of power that they get with the stem (math) support.
