How to define the custom fonts-directory?

What is the right syntax?
By using the same syntax as for themes i got this errors:

C:\asciidoctor>asciidoctor-pdf -a pdf-theme
=themes\phlow-theme.yml pdf-fontsdir=fonts basic-example.adoc
asciidoctor: FAILED: input file pdf-fontsdir=fonts is missing

C:\asciidoctor>asciidoctor-pdf -a pdf-theme
=themes\phlow-theme.yml pdf-fontsdir=fonts\ basic-example.adoc
asciidoctor: FAILED: input file pdf-fontsdir=fonts/ is missing

C:\asciidoctor>dir
 Datenträger in Laufwerk C: ist OS
 Volumeseriennummer: 5D0A-8D00

 Verzeichnis von C:\asciidoctor
