Don't include header in first page of chapter, part, ...

Hello, I came from DocBook and I liked that when a new chapter starts, the header is missing for the first page of the chapter but then appears again for the rest of the pages. Could it be possible with asciidoctor?

I'm assuming you are talking about Asciidoctor PDF. If so, you're probably looking for this issue: https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-pdf/issues/1343

Yes! exactly, I wanted to put this in Github but looks like today is down (or degraded):

I think to avoid running content in those pages can be useful. Otherwise, you can create the "first" new option in the "verso" and "recto" "<side>" element. This way we can also use it to configure more things in a separate way (an increase of top margin, remove header but not footer, ...)
