Keep with next for table title and table?

I'm wondering if anyone has been successful at creating code to keep a table title with its associated table content. We are using page breaks (<<<) to force the table title to stay with its table, but wonder if there is another solution out there.

Just to be sure, do you speak of the title or the headline?
