Difference between inline pass macro and block pass macro?

ysb33r

What is the difference between these two in terms of rendering?

   This is an pass:[**inline pass**] macro.
AND
  This is a pass::[**block pass**] macro.

Should it render to

  This is an **inline pass** macro

vs

  This is a
  <someBlockFormatting>
  **block pass**
  </someBlockFormatting/>
  macro

The block pass macro is not supported in Asciidoctor. However, if it were, you can't use a block macro inline with other content. Block macros must be on a line by themselves (after all, they are a block).

The block pass macro is not supported in Asciidoctor.
In which case, it should be removed from the documentation:  http://asciidoctor.org/docs/user-manual/#pass-mac
