A candidate for the new home of the Asciidoctor discussion list

I just wonder if we can simply open a Github project Asciidoctor-Discussion and discuss things there as issues? Please note that there would be more integration with  Asciidoctor developoment projects, less spam, more tagging features, and easier notification management.
