typo in the docs (Produce Custom Themes...)

the paragraph that reads "If you prefer to link the colony.css
stylesheet (...)", and also its following example block, should be
moved up, just below the paragraph that reads "Open a browser, navigate
to sample.html and checkout the result!".

Thanks for report, we appreciate all the contributions. As Asciidoctor is mostly focused on creating documentation, it's a bit embarrassing that we have a bug in our documentation :) but it happens to the best of us. All of our documentation is written in AsciiDoc, as is the web site! We'd love it if you could fix the mistake and send us a pull request. You can find the page at https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor.org/blob/master/docs/produce-custom-themes-using-asciidoctor-stylesheet-factory.adoc. All you'd need to do is click the edit button on the right, fix it, and save. Github will then fork the repository for you and submit a pull request. It couldn't be any easier. Again, thank you for finding the issue, more so thank you for reporting it, and certainly not least, thank you for reading the documentation and being part of the community!

help, forked the project, edited the file, committed the change, and
