There is something broken in latest Visual Studio Code that prevents document from being previewed.

According to https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-vscode/issues/364, there are several attributes that may trigger this behaviour.
Does this ring any bells? Is there something to be fixed in asciidoc extension, or is it entirely VSC's fault?
