Hi,

When using footnotes in a table, those are rendered at the end of the document. I would like to see them just below the table instead. I realize that footnotes are not necessary what I should be using, as it makes sense to have all the footnotes together at the end of the document.

What I would like is something similar to the callout numbers for verbatim blocks, but working for tables instead.

Is there a way to do that, other than by manually adding/formatting/managing the numbers?
