Hi,

In media=print or media=prepress the links show right next to the text, for example:

This is known as ASCII [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASCII ] encoding

 
I have a lot of links in my book and it can be distracting.
Is there a way to conver the links to footnotes and show them at the bottom? Something like:

This is known as ASCII [1] encoding

...


[1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASCII
