Greeting,

I just noted that the way I use asciidoctor callouts are visible, but
not clickable i.e. I can't click on a callout and the link will take me
to the referring callout which holds text describing the content related
to that callout.

Is that how asciidoctor handles callouts? Comming from docbook and later
asciidoc I'm used to interlinked callouts and I anticipated callouts
would be handled just the same.
