Can you tell me whether you are using media=prepress? If so, I think I can confirm that this is a bug in that case when the list item straddles the page break. Can you file an issue at
https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-pdf and I'll be sure to add a test to cover this scenario.

Let me explain myself better with an example:

Item "loadedtwice" appears with a wrong indentation in the next page.
Is there any way to fix it?
I'm using Asciidoctor PDF 1.5.0.beta.5 using Asciidoctor 1.5.8.
