I have finished the rename of the project, organization in Github, asciidoctor-lifecycle-maven-plugin.

The code has refactorized to reflect the new plugin name.
So it is ready to start the hard job.
Please, feel free to create issues to discuss about the lifecycle, mojos or other related questions.

Any help will be welcome.
