Hi all!
I've updated locale attributes for Russian and Ukrainian languages in https://github.com/eugeneloza/asciidoctor
However, I've got a bit confused with contribution guidelines. Should I create branch, tests and documentation for the translation? Or can I just create a pull request, as those requirements seem to be relevant only for code commits?
