Dear all,

I am using asciidoctor-pdf and am wondering if I can attach text to an email address. I can attach text to a URL like so:

Please visit http://asciidoctor.org[our website].

...but the following does not work (PDF or HTML5):

Please asciidoctor@example.com[contact us] for more information.

Any ideas if this is possible?
