Running asciidoctor with docbook output the sentence.

A "`double-quoted word`" and a '`single-quoted word`'.

Gives the translation:
<simpara>A

double-quoted word

 and a

single-quoted word

.</simpara>

Is this intended? How can I differentiate the quote marks?
