Finally I have released a SNAPSHOT version of  Asciidoctor-Java-Integration as executable, so you only have to untar a file and run ./asciidoctor.sh (or asciidoctor.bat) -a linkcss! README.asciidoctor and html file is gneerated, and without installing any gem nor Ruby runtime, only with a JRE on computer.

I would like to say that this is the first try, from my dev environment, so directories looks a bit ugly (because of SNAPSHOT) and may find some uncontrolled errors, but with the tests I have done it seems that works as expected.

I have uploaded it in my bintray account, but of course a future version will be released on official repo. Also don't hesitate to take a look at script files and suggest any change. In case of Linux, there is no support for cygwin for example, maybe in future, but for now I have been tested on Linux and Windows XP (sorry guys my virtual image is a bit old).
