I try to add a second forced line break to a paragraph, it does not work. Instead a '+' sign ist drawn.

Example:
----
Hello +
World +
Carsten
----

Expected:
----
Hello
World
Carsten
-----

But I get:
----
Hello
World + Carsten
----

Is this a bug or expected behaviour? Is there a (simple) workaround?
