Hi,

Is there an option to add a banner and/or footer  (= HTML page containing logo and generated from asciidoc - include image) to a list/group of asciidoc processed ?

Example

page1.adoc
page2.doc
page3.doc

After rendering

page1.html should start with banner followed by HTML of page1 and pages3 should finish with footer
