Rouge: should be more clear how to change Rouge attributes

On this page https://docs.asciidoctor.org/asciidoctor/latest/syntax-highlighting/rouge/ it is not quite clear how to change the rouge attributes, especially the rouge style.

@hyperscope: to be a bit more explicit about the ":)" in Dan's previous reply: Dan has updated the documentation on the page you referenced. It now contains more content about how rouge styling works.

As I don't like switching to WWW pages for reference, I have prepared
convenient Emacs Lisp function to insert `rouge` attributes:

Nice trick.

I agree it would be nice if rougify listed the theme names, as requested here: https://github.com/rouge-ruby/rouge/issues/720 Unfortunately, it was closed due to inactivity.
