Hendrik,

First, I would advice you to upgrade to the latest stable version, which is 2.0.10. There are no more fixes to the 1.5.x line.

Next, {index:usage} is not a valid attribute reference.

Could you describe what you are trying to accomplish? What is the point of {index:usage}? What do you expect to happen?

yes, we are working on the update to 2.x

and the {counter:usage} is in fact not correct. I made a mistake on reading
