PDF layout as Atlas

Hello,

We are starting to prepare a book which will be open. For it, we have choose the AsciiDoctor as toolbox.

One of things which is worrying me is the PDF layout. I found what looks to be the PDF theme used in Atlas but I didn't find a way to make it work.

Can someone provide some info in how to improve it?
