Inter-document cross references with sibling documents

asotobu
Hi mates,

I am trying to do an inter-document cross reference but between sibling documents. Let me explain the structure:

I have two folders:

/parent/a --> that contains a document called example1.adoc with a section with id sect1.

Then I have another folder:

/parent/b --> that contains a document called example2.adoc

Then I want to do a cross reference between example2.adoc and sect1 of example1.adoc.

I have tried

<<../a/example1.adoc#sect1>> but then the document is not rendered with a link but as plain text.

Is it possible a bug? Something we might improve?

Are you using 1.5.3? I ask because this was something that was fixed in 1.5.3.

Cheers,
