Include relative to end

Hi Community

I found in the documentation that it is possible to include lines to the end.
What I was unable to find was to include from the end.
Maybe this is the wrong place to feature request? (Could you tell me where to do so if not?)

Would it be possible to have the include statement do something like:

include::my.adoc[lines=1..4;-3..-1]

The outcome should be that I get the first 4 lines and the last 3 of the document.
Maybe this is already possible but I was unable to find a way to do so, or some post/doc. Sorry.
