How to set the image title to appear directly below the image

as above

I want the image title appear as the second image, but now my pdf as the 1st

my code is as below:

image::../images/create-cate.png[200,400,title="create cate 1",alt="c1",align="center"]

In Asciidoctor PDF, this is something that must be controlled via the theme. See https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-pdf/blob/master/docs/theming-guide.adoc#key-prefix-image-caption.
