Asciidoctor with deckjs

Hello guys, I have create a haml template for deckjs, so you can create your presentations using asciidoctor. Pull request is already sent (issue #1), but if you want you can take a look at https://github.com/lordofthejars/asciidoctor-backends. Any problem you find or any improvement you think would be required, don't hesitate to request me, and I will implement, or of course you can fork the repository and implement by yourself.
