Asciidoctor icon/logo design

Hi all,

There is an outstanding issue #48 - which I think  could really do with some work to move it along.

I am posting here to bring it to everyone's attention and try and spur some fresh activity.

In that spirit - here is my crude attempt to design an icon:


By way of explanation, although I think the icon conveys this without explanation;
I have tried to create a combined stylised "A" that also looks like a stylised doctor, and if you really use your imagination, the shoulders and bottom stroke of the "A" form a rectangle shape for docs, screens etc . The colour of the "+" was really just for emphasis, could be white or even some other colour.

I wanted to keep it simple so that it will scale down to 16x16 and still be recognisable. I am not a designer and not very adept with Inkscape - but you get the idea. Hopefully someone else can come up with something better - or if anyone wants to improve my effort I can make the SVG file available.

Lets get creative!

The asciidoctor-chrome-extension is simply using this:

I wanted to sketch a power-point slide describing our documentation workflow. How can I represent the Asciidoctor toolchain on this slide? I wanted to use the asciidoctor icon, but there isn't any.
