Rahman Usta has developed another AsciiDoc editor for the desktop based on JavaFX 8. You can find instructions that explain how to run it on both the announcement post (below) and the README (
https://github.com/rahmanusta/AsciidocFX).
This editor shows a lot of potential because it has support for preview in either an embedded WebKit or a remote browser.
Here's the message Rahman posted on the AsciiDoc Python list:
AsciidocFX is an editor with support Asciidoc markup language . It basically has a TextArea and when you write something on it, AsciidocFX automatically reflects any changes to Preview panel.
You can create, open and save Asciidoc files with AsciidocFX. It has fullscreen andexternal browser support.
I'm interested to here what you think about it if you decide to give it a try.
I'm glad to see so much innovation around AsciiDoc!
