Adding chapter on Header Columns to the User Manual

Recently I discovered the possibility to style columns as headers too.  Although I know that this option is already mentioned in the section on column formatting, I think it would be good to document it explicitly in a small chapter after the ones for header row and footer row?

What do you think?

I like the idea. The Asciidoctor-dicumentation is really good, but sometimes I feel, that some more example for "Dummy"-Users like me would be helpful. :-)
