among other things, I plan to use Asciidoctor markup for writing web content in
Nikola static-site-generator and wonder what do you recommend in regard to typography, iow. whether to type normal "" quotes, using '...' for ellipsis and '--' for en-dash (yes, I'm aware of the current situation, but looking forward to this
issue), '---' for em-dash etc. or to try to enter such characters directly via my editor?
