authors email in PDF title page

djuran
Hello

Apologies for this  newbie question, but is there a way I could have asciidoctor-pdf print not only the author name but also the email on the title-page when generating the PDF?

Currently my adoc document begins with

= {subject}: PREPARED FOR - {customer}
David Juran <djuran@redhat.com>; Co Author <coauthor@redhat.com>
:subject: XXX

Then on the generated PDF, I get the title, and under that
David Juran
Co Author

But the emails are not included. Am I missing something obvious?

Try this:

= {subject}: PREPARED FOR - {customer}
David Juran «[hidden email]»; Co Author «[hidden email]»
:subject: XXX
:customer: YYY

not the same but it works...

This does not seem to be the same issue. Here the '<' and '>' are not
produced in the pdf output. Nobody asked click-able email...

It's all the same issue. First, we need to be able to display the information. Second, we need to control whether that information is displayed as a link or not. Not all the details are worked out yet, which is why I'd ask that you comment there.
