Just a quick one. I was playing with my theme in asciidoctor-pdf and it looks like the keys "line_height_length" and/or "line_height" are not honored inside table cells. I also coudn't find anything specific in the theming guide under the "Tables" section:

I am trying to achieve some more space between multiple lines inside the same cell (e.g. caused by line wrapping).
