asciidoctor-fopub

I'm going to latch onto this thread to let those who are interested in $subject know that I'm looking for a maintainer for asciidoctor-fopub.

I've made my position pretty clear that I don't have any interest in working with the DocBook toolchain. However, I understand its value and I recognize that not everyone shares the opinion, whether out of interest or necessity. I think if someone else were to maintain asciidoctor-fopub, it would evolve much more rapidly. And perhaps someone who's more willing to invest in it would come up with better ideas about how to make it useful.

It would also be perfectly acceptable to put extensions that relate to the DocBook toolchain in this repository instead of the extensions lab. That would allow for more rapid iteration.
