about jBake - http://jbake.org/. Good to know that there is a pure Java solution too :-) If you like also Scala language, we have done something at Fuse (http://scalate.fusesource.org/)

Remark : for jBake like the others too, we can (within hyla context/scope) just copy/paste a jbake template (http://jbake.org/docs/project-structure.html). As hyla will propose a CLI, we will not substitute a layer by another layer to manage using Hyla CLI, jBake CLI ;-)

Here is the beginning of project hyla (asciidoctor tool to create, build, watch, reload HTML files). Documentation is still really really poor but I will work on that next week when a first alpha release of Hyla will be available.
