Links to subsections

nicoulaj
Hi all,

Let's say my document has the following hierarchy:
* Section 1
** Subsection 1
** Subsection 2
* Section 2
** Subsection 1
** Subsection 2

How can I make un unambiguous link to a subsection ?

Something like:
<<Section 2.Subsection 1>>

I could not find this in the manual, except adding an explicit blockId to every subsection...

Regards,
Julien

Julien,

I don't think this would be a good idea. The title-based xrefs are intended for rapid prototyping. Once beyond that stage, the xref should be updated to use the ID (whether implicit or explicit). When a bunch of titles share the same ID, it's almost a sure sign an explicit ID should be assigned (because you don't want to rely on auto-generated sequences).

Cheers,
