Is toc-placement supported?

tsphillips
The toc-placement attribute does not seem to work (for PDF). I am trying to insert a blank page before the table of contents, but the PDF always renders the TOC immediately after the title page. Am I doing something wrong?

Manual toc placement is not available right now in the PDF converter. See https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-pdf/issues/233#issuecomment-148949622 for an explanation.

In a nutshell, it's surprisingly complicate to move the toc around and know the page numbers given how the PDF generator works. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's going to require quite a bit of thought and some creativity to figure out.

Cheers,
