Is there any way to have heading deeper than 5?

Taz
We need more than 5 levels of (numbered) heading/titles. Is it in anyway possible? Thank you very much in advance!

5 (0-based levels) is the limit. This limit is imposed by HTML, LaTeX and the DocBook toolchain, so it's only logically that AsciiDoc set this limit as well.

If you want deeper levels, you use discrete headings (at the discrete style) or block titles. But then you have to handle the numbering yourself (either explicitly or through an extension).

Cheers,

Imho if you need more than 5 levels deep you are doing something wrong in structuring your document. In fact 4 is imho already on the border and a warning that you should rethink your approach..

Yes, it does cross my mind, regardless to AsciiDoctor...
