Format of error messages

wimalopaan
Hi all,

is there an option to switch the message format of asciidoctor to be "compiler-compatible", like:

<file>:<line>:<col>: <level>: <reason>

This would be helpful to use asciidoctor together with other tools like compilers in a project.

Any hints?

Not until we solve this issue (which is scheduled)

https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor/issues/44

Feel free to add notes to that issue.

Right now, all logging messages are hard-coded, so there's no formatting abstraction available. This issue seeks to change that situation.
