I have several big code examples for which I want to use callouts. After 20, the callout numbers disappear in the rendered pdf. While I understand that it's unusual to have so many callouts, I'd like to be able to use this feature and I don't want to break up the code example.
Unfortunately, this is a limitation of callout numbers. There are no glyphs for circled numbers above 20 in Unicode. The only option would be to switch to regular numbers at that point. I'm not sure if that's what we want to do, though.
Cheers,

Thanks for the quick response. I doubt that this will come up often because it's actually bad form to use so many callouts in a single code example. I like the circled numbers and I'll find a way to make this work within the limitation.
