CSS3 Paged Media stylesheet

Does anybody know about a CSS3 paged media stylesheet for asciidoctor html output?

I've played around with the paged styles in the past. Unfortunately, that spec isn't well supported.

Of course, nothing is stopping you from using it. You could use a docinfo file to add additional CSS to the HTML or just create a custom stylesheet and use that.

paged media is not well supported in webbrowsers, but there are several converters that output very good quality PDFs.

Also have a look at this sample page: http://www.pdfreactor.com/samples/

Right now I use asciidoctor to output docbook5 (I have a basic docbook print css) and convert it with pdfreactor.
Compared to the direct docbook xml editing and xsl-fo rendering, asciidoctor and css print is a great step forward for me.

I 100% agree with that. I think messing with XSL-FO is way too expensive.
