Asciidoctor and docinfo files

bleathem
The RichFaces Comoponent Reference uses a docinfo.xml file [1] to include docbook metadata in the generated docbook via the <bookinfo> tag.

To include this output with asciidoc I can use the `-a docbook` command option, where there is a naming convention [2] for the associated docinfo file.  Using this same command option with asciidoctor, the docinfo is not included.

Bug? Feature Request? User error on my part?

Considering you are the third person that's requested this feature in 24 hours, I'd say it's #1 or #2 priority for the next release ;)

You are not alone :)
