Asciidoc convert to microsoft word

Hi

I know asciidoc can convert to pdf, html, but I want to know how about microsoft word, or others ?

The path to Word is best done by converting to the XML format that Word accepts. An example of this is:


It's geared towards a Packt book, but you should be able to use it as a starting point.

Another solution is to convert to DocBook, then use DocBook to convert to Word using something like pandoc.

my poor man's solution is to just open the asciidoctor's html output directly with MSWord and switch the display/view from "Web" to "Print" layout there.

for letters, simple reports and the like that suffices. document structure (titles, headings, paragraphs) and style (bold, italics) and super/supscripts are presevered, tables as well. no embedded images, though, no latexmath (of course), possibly other things...

you might just try this and see whether it suffices for your purpose

another poor man's solution is about the same but open it with
libreoffice, then save it in doc. Import could be better or worse but it
should be worth giving it a shot...
