AsciiDoc Writer’s Guide PDF and HTML version is differ

on page http://asciidoctor.org/docs/asciidoc-writers-guide/ AsciiDoc Writer’s Guide PDF and HTML version is differ.

For example, PDF and HTML version has different table of contents.
It is not clear which of the representations (HTML or PDF) is up to date.

You should synchronize them.

It's true, they are out of sync. I'm going to automate it as soon as we can get Asciidoctor PDF to be able to generate it completely. We're still falling a bit short.

This improvement is being tracked in the following issue. https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor.org/issues/328. Feel free to comment there.
