Anything similar to jekyll auth for asciidoctor?

Victor Romero
I need to publicate from a private github repo to a hopefilly private github site.

Jekyll users can leverage this: https://github.com/benbalter/jekyll-auth#jekyll-auth

I'm wondering if someone has ever hacked something similar for asciidoctor

Victor,

Why don't you just use Jekyll + Jekyll AsciiDoc {1} + Jekyll Auth? Authentication is not the responsibility of the text processor, so this is where integrations are important. I see auth as a responsibility of the static site generator...and in this case someone seems to have already figured out how to make Jekyll do it.

That's quite a point. I agree it's not actually the responsibility of the processor, that is why I considered it a hack :)

Thank you Dan
