Adding Author's Affiliation on a separate line...

Is there anyway to add the Author's affiliation to the title so that it appears
on a separate line just under the Author's name and before the url?

Currently there is no slot for affiliation. I would recommend using a custom attribute then using a custom document template to arrange the information as you wish.
