Add form elements in Asciidoctor

asotobu
Hello, I would like to discuss one topic here about creating sketch of forms in Asciidoctor. In my talk about Asciidoctor people found so interesting the part of Macro UI for creating buttons, keyboards or file menus. I was thinking that we could add form elements in Asciidoctor so when we document specifications of an screen we could also create a sketch of a form.

I am not sure if we could create an extension for creating forms (which could be developed as external project like Ditaa), or we can add more elements like UI Macro, btn:[OK] for buttons input:[placeholder] for input text, radio:[Red], ...

Also we should add callout in forms so we could create something like:

Login: input:[login]

Password: input:[password] <1>

check:[Remember Me]

<1> Password should follow some rules.

WDYT?

Well, this is an interesting idea. I think I'd prefer to put the "sketch" inside a block of some sort. I could eventually see some sort of integration with this so you could do rough (emphasis on rough) sketches in asciidoctor syntax and have it generate an image with the appropriate bits / widgets. Sounds like something a design firm could get behind.
